
India : Sai Packaging has appointed Sunil Joshi as Advisor – Business & People Strategy, bringing nearly three decades of experience across human resources leadership, business transformation, organisational development and strategic advisory.
In his new role, Sunil will work closely with the leadership team at Sai Packaging across key areas including talent management, organisation effectiveness, capability building, leadership development and business continuity. His mandate will focus on strengthening organisational capabilities and building greater future readiness as the company progresses into its next phase of growth.
Sunil brings extensive experience working with organisations on people and business transformation. He is currently associated with organisations including AMP, Financial Sketchers, StyleUAI and Keyword India, where he advises on people, organisational and business transformation initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has worked across leadership, HR and transformation mandates, supporting organisations in aligning people capabilities with evolving business priorities.
