Mohit Sharma has been appointed Global Chief Information Officer at LTM, bringing experience across IT leadership, digital transformation, service excellence and global technology operations. His professional background encompasses IT strategy, business technology management, information security and the delivery of technology solutions across diverse business environments.
Sharma joins LTM following a series of leadership assignments at Wipro. These included Regional CIO–APMEA and Head of Service Excellence, Business CIO for Global Business Lines, and General Manager and IT Head–Digital Operations and Platforms. His career at Wipro covered regional technology leadership, business-aligned IT management and the operation of digital platforms.
These assignments combined responsibility for technology operations with a focus on service delivery and business requirements. His experience also spans technology transitions, IT budgeting and vendor management—areas that connect enterprise technology planning with operational execution.
Before Wipro, Sharma held roles at A.P. Moller–Maersk, Genpact and GE Capital. His work across these organisations contributed to his experience in managing global IT environments and supporting enterprise transformation. Wipro’s FY2025–26 annual report identifies Maersk as his previous employer and lists his designation at Wipro as General Manager.
The move places Sharma in a global technology leadership position at LTM, formerly LTIMindtree. The company unveiled the LTM brand in February 2026, outlining a positioning that combines technology capabilities, industry knowledge and human insight to support business outcomes. Its legal name subsequently changed to LTM Limited with effect from March 17, 2026.
In announcing its new identity, LTM highlighted the convergence of human expertise and intelligent systems as an important part of its approach to enterprise transformation. The company’s stated direction emphasises applying technology with accountability and aligning digital capabilities with stakeholder value.
Sharma’s appointment brings together experience in regional CIO responsibilities, business technology leadership and service excellence within the global CIO position. His career across technology services, logistics and financial services provides a varied operational background for the role, combining enterprise IT management with exposure to different business environments.
