Aavinash Yogeshwar has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Travel Food Services Limited (TFS), taking on a senior leadership role to lead the company’s human resources and people function.
Yogeshwar brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, with a career spanning multiple industries including automobile, banking and financial services, non-banking financial services and asset management. His areas of experience include talent management, total rewards, employee experience and culture transformation.
Before joining TFS, Yogeshwar held senior human resources leadership roles across organisations in the financial services and other sectors. His career has involved managing people-related functions and supporting organisations through business and cultural transformation.
His professional experience covers several aspects of the HR function, including talent management, employee engagement, rewards and benefits, organisational development and people strategy. He has also worked across businesses operating in automobile, BFSI, NBFC and asset management sectors.
Yogeshwar announced his move to Travel Food Services, sharing that he had started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at the company.
Travel Food Services operates food and beverage outlets across airports and other travel locations. The company’s business includes airport food and beverage services as well as lounge operations. TFS has a presence across multiple airports and travel locations in India.
The company’s management team includes Managing Director and CEO Varun Kapur, Chief Operating Officer Gaurav Dewan, Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer Vikas Vinod Kapoor, and other senior executives overseeing business development, supply chain, information technology and corporate affairs.
TFS has continued to expand its operations in the travel food and hospitality segment. The company has built its business around food and beverage services for travellers, with its operations supported by teams across business operations, technology, supply chain and corporate functions.
Yogeshwar’s appointment adds an experienced HR leader to the company’s senior management team. His background across talent management, employee experience, total rewards and culture transformation will support his responsibilities as TFS’s CHRO.
With his move to Travel Food Services, Yogeshwar takes on responsibility for the company’s people agenda after building more than two decades of experience across different business sectors.
