Composio, a promising agentic AI startup, has successfully raised $25 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with contributions from Elevation Capital, Together Fund, and notable angel investors such as Gokul Rajaram, Sohum Mazumdar of Rubrik, and Dharmesh Shah from HubSpot. This latest infusion of capital marks a major milestone for the company, which was founded in 2023 by Soham Ganatra and Karan Vaidya.
Headquartered in San Francisco and Bengaluru, Composio is revolutionizing enterprise workflow automation by enabling AI agents to seamlessly integrate with popular business applications including Gmail, Salesforce, Slack, and GitHub. The company’s platform delivers pre-built, production-ready integrations that empower AI agents to autonomously manage routine tasks—ranging from handling CRM updates and emails to managing tickets and code repositories—without requiring manual coding or complex configurations.

Since its inception, Composio has raised $4 million in seed funding and has rapidly grown its user base to over 100,000 developers. The platform supports more than 200 paying customers, including leading startups from recent Y Combinator cohorts, and is already generating over $1 million in annualized recurring revenue. This traction underscores the escalating demand for robust infrastructure solutions that can support scalable, agentic AI deployments in the enterprise sector.
The newly secured funds will primarily fuel the expansion of Composio’s engineering and research teams, accelerating product development and innovation.
