AI-driven cloud operations platform NudgeBee has raised $3 million (₹27.9 crore) in a seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital, with participation from technology founders.
The Pune-based startup plans to deploy the capital toward strengthening its AI platform, enhancing its enterprise context layer, and expanding its go-to-market strategy through a combination of direct enterprise sales and partnership-led distribution.
Founded in 2024 by Rakesh Rajendran and Shiv Pratap Singh, NudgeBee is focused on building AI agents for cloud operations teams. Its platform is designed to automate workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve incident resolution efficiency.
The company offers AI agents across SRE, CloudOps, and FinOps functions, addressing use cases such as troubleshooting, cloud cost optimisation, and workflow automation.
At the core of its platform is a semantic knowledge graph combined with an enterprise context layer that integrates telemetry, infrastructure topology, historical patterns, and workflow data to enable more intelligent decision-making.
Alongside product development, the company is also investing in customer success and deployment capabilities to accelerate enterprise adoption. Additionally, it aims to strengthen its AI research to reduce reliance on external AI models while continuing to build its enterprise-focused distribution strategy.
The funding reflects growing interest in AI-led automation within cloud operations, as enterprises look to improve efficiency and manage increasingly complex infrastructure environments.
