Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company, has announced the appointment of Anil Raghav as Managing Director of Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC). In this strategic role, Anil will lead the center’s efforts to drive innovation, shape its long-term strategic roadmap, and further Zoetis’ global mission of advancing animal health and well-being. As a key global hub for Zoetis, the India Capability Center plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s technological, digital, and shared services backbone worldwide.

Before this elevation, Anil served as Vice President and Head of the Zoetis India Capability Center, where he played an instrumental role in establishing a robust foundation for Zoetis’ operations in India. Under his leadership, ZICC evolved into a critical innovation engine for the company, enabling strategic digital capabilities and operational resilience.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Anil has built a distinguished career across global enterprises such as Eli Lilly and Company, Lowe’s India, Philips, and Fidelity Investments. His professional journey reflects deep expertise in digital transformation, technology operations, and innovation-led business growth, combined with a strong emphasis on people development and organizational agility.
Anil’s visionary leadership and commitment to empowering cross-functional teams have positioned Zoetis India as a model center of excellence within the company’s global network.
