Anthropic has introduced a new product called Claude Design, an AI-powered tool that allows users to create professional visuals—such as presentations, prototypes, marketing creatives, and one-pagers—simply by using text prompts. The launch marks the company’s deeper push into the design and creative workflow space.
Claude Design is built to simplify visual creation for non-designers by automating the entire process. Users can describe what they need, and the system generates polished outputs without requiring manual design skills or external tools. This positions it as a direct challenger to traditional design platforms like Figma and Adobe.
One of the key features of the product is its ability to automatically understand and apply brand identity. The system can learn a company’s style—such as colors, fonts, and tone—and consistently apply it across generated designs without requiring detailed configuration from users.
The tool is currently available in a research preview for paid users, including Pro, Team, and Enterprise subscribers, indicating Anthropic’s focus on workplace and enterprise adoption rather than just consumer use cases.
