
Anuj Saraf has taken on the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd., where he will lead the organization’s marketing transformation initiatives.
In this position, he is focused on building a future-ready, AI-first marketing engine, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making, customer-centric communication, and bridging traditional financial services with modern digital experiences. His responsibilities include scaling go-to-market strategies, strengthening digital marketing capabilities, and leveraging technology to deliver greater personalization and operational efficiency.
Prior to this appointment, he was associated with ITW Universe, where he most recently served as General Manager Marketing from July 2025 to March 2026, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. During his tenure, he played a key role in advising brands and startups on go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and scaling marketing operations.
Earlier at ITW Universe, he held the roles of Deputy General Manager Marketing from December 2024 to June 2025 and Assistant General Manager Marketing from April 2024 to November 2024, contributing to strategic marketing and insights for consumer brands.
Before that, he worked with Acko, where he led brand and growth initiatives for insurance portfolios, and with Xiaomi Technology, managing large-scale product marketing campaigns.
He began his professional journey with Emami Ltd., where he gained foundational experience across brand management and operations.
