
Anupam Sirbhaiya has been elevated to the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bajaj Finserv, marking a key milestone in his distinguished three-decade career in leadership and human resources. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving the Group’s overall HR strategy, with a strong focus on enhancing organizational culture, leadership development, and talent management across Bajaj Finserv’s diversified portfolio of businesses.
Since joining Bajaj Finserv in 2016, Sirbhaiya has been instrumental in defining and executing its people agenda, previously serving as Chief of Human Resources and Administration at Bajaj Finance and as Head of the Group Learning Academy. During this time, he introduced programs and frameworks that nurtured a high-performance, learning-oriented, and employee-centric culture, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s rapid growth and evolving business priorities.
Before his tenure at Bajaj Finserv, Anupam held key leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC), and Wipro Limited, where he honed his expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation, and strategic HR interventions. He also founded The Alchemist Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a firm focused on leadership and organizational capability building.
An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, Sirbhaiya is widely recognized for his strategic foresight, innovative approach to talent development, and ability to build purpose-driven organizations. His elevation underscores Bajaj Finserv’s commitment to fostering a strong people-first culture and developing leaders equipped to drive the Group’s next phase of growth.
