With nearly 19 years of global experience across the Middle East, India, the US, and Europe, Ashish has a proven track record of leading high-impact digital and technological transformations for Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, MarTech, UI/UX, Human Capital Management, E-Commerce, and Data & Analytics.
Prior to joining Aster Pharmacy, Ashish played a key role in delivering digital transformations for major enterprises, including Dabur (1.1Bn USD business), GSK (300Mn GBP annual turnover), and the Hindustan Unilever-GSK M&A deal (500Mn GBP Nutrition Portfolio separation). He has also led over 10 SAP implementations and major GTM technology overhauls.
At Aster Pharmacy, Ashish will be instrumental in driving one of the largest digital transformation initiatives in the GCC retail and pharmacy sector, leveraging his deep expertise in strategic planning, enterprise solutions, and change management to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
