
Swati Sharma has been appointed as Director – Strategy and Growth at DCirrus Virtual Data Room. Based in Mumbai, she brings more than 12 years of experience spanning compliance, governance, audit, operational risk management, and strategic advisory across diverse industry sectors.
In her new role, Swati will lead the organization’s growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts as DCirrus strengthens its position within the digital transaction management ecosystem. Her leadership mandate will focus on enhancing the company’s footprint across industries including financial services, legal advisory, healthcare, real estate, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions.
At DCirrus, Swati is expected to play a key role in advancing secure, technology-driven transaction management solutions designed to support complex corporate and financial transactions. The appointment aligns with the company’s broader strategy of expanding enterprise adoption and strengthening operational capabilities within the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
Before joining DCirrus Virtual Data Room, Swati held leadership and advisory positions at Connor Group, Valueonshore Advisors, PwC, Whirlpool Corporation, and Axis Risk Consulting Services, a Genpact company.
Over the course of her career, she has led large-scale internal audit engagements, SOX testing programs, operational risk assessments, governance frameworks, compliance initiatives, and strategic consulting projects across multiple sectors. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, enterprise governance, and risk-focused business transformation has positioned her as a strong leader within the advisory and operational strategy space.
