
Colliers India has appointed Saurabh Bhagat as its new Chief Financial Officer, where he will oversee the company’s finance, accounts, taxation, legal, and secretarial functions across India. With more than two decades of experience in finance, strategy, compliance, and governance, Bhagat’s key mandate will be to strengthen financial discipline, drive profitable growth, and support Colliers’ long-term strategic priorities within the real estate and professional services ecosystem.
In his new role, Bhagat will be responsible for steering the financial direction of Colliers India, ensuring robust governance, and enabling strategic decision-making to support the firm’s growth trajectory. He will also play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and aligning finance processes with broader business goals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Saurabh Bhagat served as a Partner at Mandarus Partners LLP, where he advised organisations on CFO services, strategic financial planning, corporate governance, risk management, and business restructuring. Before this, he spent nearly a decade at Knight Frank India, most recently as National Director – Finance. During his tenure at Knight Frank, he led national finance, tax, legal, and secretarial functions and was instrumental in driving mergers and demergers, implementing ICFR frameworks, and improving profitability through productivity-led initiatives.
A Chartered Accountant, law graduate, and Executive MBA, Bhagat is known for building scalable finance organisations with strong governance and business alignment. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Colliers India’s financial and compliance framework while supporting the firm’s long-term strategic ambitions in India’s dynamic real estate sector.
