ConveGenius, a leading AI-centric edtech startup, has announced a strategic collaboration with Searce Inc., backed by a funding infusion of Rs 15 crore.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of ConveGenius securing $7 million in a growth financing round just a month prior. This funding round, spearheaded by UBS Optimus Foundation and Mount Judi Ventures, also saw participation from existing investors such as the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF), BAce Capital, Heritas Capital, and Gray Matters Capital.
According to the company’s statement, the newfound partnership aims to bolster ConveGenius’s cloud services while expediting the development of its generative AI capabilities. The startup underscores that the collaboration with Searce, a specialized modern tech consulting firm renowned for its focus on Data, AI, and Cloud-led transformation, represents a strategic maneuver to augment its technological prowess and further enhance SwiftChat, its flagship conversational AI platform.

It reinforces our investors’ trust in our vision and accelerates our journey towards revolutionizing education through advanced technology.”

Parekh continues, “Our investment goes beyond the financial backing; it’s about creating a partnership that leverages our technical depth and expertise to advance ConveGenius’s innovative AI educational solution, SwiftChat.AI. ConveGenius has already impacted 140+ million students in India, and we’ll reach millions more together.” He added, “We want to make education scalable, smarter, and more useful with AI.
