CoreOps.AI Secures $3.5 Million Pre-Series A Funding to Advance Enterprise AI Modernisation

CoreOps.AI has raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round, strengthening its push to help large enterprises modernise legacy systems and adopt AI-driven operations. The investment was led by Siana Capital Management, with additional participation from Kettleborough VC, Aroa Venture Partners and several individual backers. The young startup, founded in 2024, focuses on simplifying enterprise transformation by enabling automation, system upgrades and the deployment of AI agents that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments.

Positioning itself as a platform that bridges traditional systems with modern AI capabilities, CoreOps.AI has already seen strong early adoption. Its modular platform is being used across more than 20 enterprise scenarios spanning manufacturing, financial services, retail and healthcare. By offering an architecture that stitches together disparate data sources and automates operational workflows, the company aims to reduce dependence on large, consulting-heavy technology projects that typically slow down transformation initiatives.

The founders believe that enterprises today are looking for AI solutions that work in real-world conditions rather than theoretical pilots. Emphasizing this need for immediate value, CEO Rajiv Srivastava stated, “Enterprises today need AI that is real, deployed and integrated to deliver outcomes.” He added that the newly raised funds will help accelerate the development of an enterprise AI operating system designed to lower costs, enhance automation and support autonomous decision-making.

Investors have also expressed confidence in the company’s approach and technical expertise. Commenting on the fund’s participation, Archana Hingorani of Siana Capital highlighted CoreOps.AI’s strong technological foundation and noteworthy early traction as the primary reasons for backing the startup. The firm believes that CoreOps.AI is well-positioned to solve some of the biggest hurdles enterprises face while transitioning from legacy environments to AI-enhanced operations.

With this new round of funding, CoreOps.AI plans to deepen its research and product capabilities, expand its market presence and strengthen its platform to support a broader range of enterprise use cases. As organisations continue seeking practical and scalable ways to adopt AI, the company aims to become a critical enabler of next-generation enterprise operations.
