Back in my SCIT – Symbiosis Centre For Information Technology days, while many were enamored with the allure of the Big 4, I chose Tata Consultancy Services instead, not as a safety net, but because I recognized that true growth is forged in the trenches, not from the ivory tower of advisory roles.
