
Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd., a CIEL HR Group company, has appointed Dr. Yogesh Misra, Ph.D. as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition to leading Thomas Assessments, he will also oversee People Metrics, another business under the ₹2,000+ crore CIEL HR Group.
In his new role, Dr. Misra will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy while strengthening its talent intelligence, leadership solutions, people analytics, and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives. His appointment comes as organizations increasingly look to leverage data-driven insights and technology to improve workforce planning and leadership development.
Before taking over as CEO, Dr. Misra served as Chief Business Officer at Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd. and Vice President & Head of Consulting at People Metrics. During his tenure, he played a significant role in advancing the group’s capabilities in talent science, leadership assessment, psychometric solutions, and enterprise decision-making. His contributions helped expand the organization’s consulting offerings while supporting clients in making informed talent and leadership decisions.
Dr. Misra brings extensive experience in leadership consulting and organizational transformation, having worked with organizations across 25 countries and more than 2,000 enterprises. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in talent intelligence, psychometric assessment, leadership development, people analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
His experience spans working with businesses to strengthen leadership capability, enhance workforce decision-making, and implement evidence-based talent strategies. These capabilities are expected to support the company’s continued focus on helping organizations navigate evolving workforce challenges through analytics-driven and technology-enabled solutions.
With Dr. Misra at the helm, Thomas Assessments and People Metrics are expected to further strengthen their focus on innovation in talent assessment, leadership consulting, and AI-powered workforce transformation.
