Revenue grows to INR 723 crore; merchant base surpasses 3 lakh businesses as Easebuzz strengthens its position with all three key RBI Payment Aggregator Licenses and Banking Connect IBMB launch.
India, Easebuzz, India’s full-stack payments and financial infrastructure platform, reported another year of profitable growth in FY26, driven by strong adoption across enterprises and MSMEs, continued expansion of its vertical SaaS offerings, and growing demand for integrated financial operations solutions. The company reported revenue of INR 723 crore, up from INR 659 crore in FY25, while its annual Gross Transaction Value (GTV) reached nearly US$ 50 billion. The platform has been consistently profitable since its existence and in FY 26 it has reported a PAT of INR 11.15 Cr. Easebuzz today serves more than 3,00,000 businesses across India and processes over 3 million transactions every day.
FY26 marked a year of significant business and regulatory milestones for the company. Easebuzz secured all three key Payment Aggregator authorisations from the Reserve Bank of India—covering Online (PA-O), Physical (PA-P) and Cross Border (PA-CB) payments—placing it among a select group of payment fintech companies with the complete suite of approvals. During the year, the company also launched Banking Connect IBMB, an interoperable net and mobile banking platform developed in partnership with NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL), further expanding its payments infrastructure capabilities.
Unlike conventional payment providers focused primarily on transaction processing, Easebuzz has continued to build industry-specific personalised payment and financial workflow solutions by combining payments infrastructure with SaaS capabilities. This approach has enabled the company to deepen customer engagement while expanding beyond payment acceptance into broader financial operations management.
Rohit Prasad, MD & CEO, Easebuzz commented “FY26 has been a defining year for Easebuzz as we strengthened our position as a full-stack payments and financial infrastructure platform through sustained profitable growth, key regulatory milestones and continued product innovation. As businesses increasingly look beyond digitizing payment acceptance to automating end-to-end financial operations, our focus on building verticalized payments and sectoral SaaS solutions has enabled us to deepen customer relationships across sectors. Going forward, we will continue investing in technology, compliance and innovation to support the next phase of India’s digital economy while progressing towards our long-term vision of becoming a Financial Operating System for Indian Businesses.”
A key driver of Easebuzz’s growth has been its verticalisation strategy, under which the company develops specialised SaaS solutions with embedded payments for industries with distinct financial operational requirements. Today, the platform is powering businesses across education, government, real estate, financial services, healthcare, housing societies, travel and religious institutions like temples through integrated payment infrastructure, reconciliation capabilities, workflow automation and industry-specific plug-and-play software solutions. This approach has enabled Easebuzz Merchants to seamlessly digitise payment acceptance, improve operational efficiency and simplify financial management while strengthening customer retention for the business.
Easebuzz has also consistently expanded its payment offerings across UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, recurring payments, subscriptions, international payments, and offline acceptance, while simultaneously strengthening its merchant infrastructure with advanced fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management capabilities.
In FY26, Easebuzz invested heavily in building a full-stack financial infrastructure platform constituting digital payment acceptance, payouts, onboarding, banking integrations, affordability solutions, verification APIs and workflow automation, enabling businesses to manage end-to-end financial operations through a unified platform. The profitable, Pune-based Easebuzz platform is also targeting to go public over the next 2 to 3 years.
