Genpact has appointed Ankur Aggarwal as Senior Vice President and Global Business Lead for its HighTech, Communications, Media and Entertainment unit, bringing an experienced business and technology leader into a key role within the organization.
In his new position, Aggarwal will focus on strategic growth initiatives, business development, client relationships, and transformation across the unit. His mandate includes working with clients and strengthening business opportunities across the technology, communications, media, and entertainment sectors.
Aggarwal brings extensive experience across business growth, sales leadership, consulting, technology, and client engagement. Before joining Genpact, he held several senior leadership positions at Accenture, including Managing Director, Senior Partner, Chief Growth Officer & Sales Lead, and Managing Director – Senior Partner.
During his tenure at Accenture, Aggarwal developed experience in growth strategy, sales, consulting, and managing strategic client relationships. His background also includes an earlier stint as a Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies and as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services.
His career across consulting and technology organizations has given him experience in developing business strategies, engaging with enterprise clients, and leading growth initiatives. This combination of technology and commercial expertise will support his responsibilities at Genpact.
Aggarwal’s appointment comes as technology and media businesses continue to navigate rapid changes driven by digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and evolving customer expectations. His experience across consulting, technology, and sales positions him to contribute to Genpact’s efforts to expand its business and strengthen relationships across the sectors covered by the unit.
With his background in strategic growth and enterprise technology, Aggarwal is expected to play a role in advancing Genpact’s business development and transformation agenda across the HighTech, Communications, Media and Entertainment segment.
