Google Launches Gemini-Powered Ad Solutions to Help Indian Businesses Improve Marketing Efficiency

New Delhi, India: Google has unveiled a new suite of Gemini-powered advertising solutions for Indian businesses, strengthening its focus on artificial intelligence-led marketing, campaign automation and performance measurement.

The announcement was made on July 9, 2026, as part of Google Marketing Live 2026. The new tools are aimed at helping businesses improve campaign planning, creative development, audience targeting, lead generation, commerce and measurement across Google’s advertising platforms, including Search and YouTube.

One of the key India-focused launches is YouTube BrandStack, a solution conceptualised and built in India. The platform brings campaign planning, buying and measurement into a single integrated stack for marketers. It is designed to help brands use YouTube more effectively by combining media planning, execution and performance tracking within one workflow.

Google is also bringing Gemini deeper into advertising products through AI-led tools that can support marketers across the campaign lifecycle. These include solutions for generating insights, improving creative assets, optimising campaigns, identifying leads and improving measurement. The broader objective is to reduce manual campaign complexity and help advertisers make faster, data-driven decisions.

The technology angle of the announcement lies in Google’s use of AI agents and Gemini-powered systems to automate several marketing workflows. These tools are designed to assist advertisers in areas such as campaign troubleshooting, creative testing, media planning, customer engagement and conversion analysis. For businesses, this could help improve efficiency by reducing the time spent on repetitive campaign-management tasks.

Google has also highlighted AI-powered tools for Search, YouTube, commerce and measurement. These include features that can help advertisers respond to changing consumer behaviour, improve lead quality, enhance shopping ads, analyse customer interactions and connect digital campaigns with measurable business outcomes.

For Indian businesses, the launch is significant because digital advertising is increasingly being shaped by AI, automation and first-party data. Companies across sectors are looking for tools that can help them reach customers across urban and rural markets while also improving return on advertising spend.

The move also reflects the growing importance of India as a market for AI-led marketing technology. With YouTube consumption, digital commerce and online search continuing to grow across the country, Google is positioning its AI-powered advertising stack as a platform for brands of all sizes to plan, execute and measure campaigns more efficiently.

The launch comes at a time when marketers are under pressure to deliver stronger performance with better targeting, personalisation and measurable outcomes. By integrating Gemini across its advertising tools, Google aims to help Indian businesses move from manual campaign operations to more intelligent, automated and performance-focused marketing systems.
