Greenpanel Industries Limited has officially appointed Himanshu Jindal as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2, 2025. He will be operating from the company’s corporate headquarters in Gurugram and will report directly to Shobhan Mittal, Managing Director & CEO of Greenpanel.
Jindal, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings with him more than 23 years of rich experience in financial leadership roles across diverse sectors. His previous stints include senior positions at Orient Bell Limited, DEN Networks Limited, Heidelberg Cement India, and Cargill India. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategic financial planning, business optimization, operational efficiency, and driving growth through fiscal discipline.
As part of a strategic leadership transition, Vishwanathan Venkatramani, the outgoing CFO, will move into a newly created role of President – Finance. In this capacity, he will continue to contribute to the company’s financial planning and execution, supporting its long-term vision and fiscal strategy.
The appointment is seen as a move to further strengthen Greenpanel’s leadership team as it focuses on enhancing corporate governance, accelerating growth, and reinforcing its position as a leading manufacturer in the wood panel industry.
