Gururaj Kulkarni has been elevated to Director at Automation Anywhere, marking another milestone in his more than six-year journey with the company. In his new role, he will focus on helping enterprise organizations accelerate AI-led transformation through Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives while leading teams of AI solution architects and engineers.
Since joining Automation Anywhere in 2019, Gururaj has steadily progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Solutions Architect – Cognitive Automation and RPA, Principal Architect – Generative AI, Professional Services, and Senior Manager – GenAI Technology Solutions. Over the years, he has played a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions for global customers across industries.
As Director, he will work closely with enterprises on AI transformation strategies, solution architecture, and implementation of scalable intelligent automation platforms. His responsibilities include driving presales engagements, mentoring AI engineering teams, developing enterprise AI solutions, and helping organizations build AI-ready operational frameworks.
During his tenure at Automation Anywhere, Gururaj led several advanced AI and automation initiatives involving multi-agent AI systems, AI-powered customer case management platforms, tax automation solutions, and AI vision-based enterprise intelligence systems. He also played an active role in driving AI adoption through internal training programs, workshops, and hackathons focused on Generative AI and automation technologies.
Before joining Automation Anywhere, Gururaj served as Program Lead – Emerging Technologies at DXC Technology. Earlier, he spent several years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in leadership and architecture roles including Transition Project Manager and Solutions Architect, Data Warehousing Architect, Transition and Project Leader, and Production Support and Development Lead.
Across his career, he has built deep expertise in AI engineering, Generative AI, intelligent automation, RPA, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. His experience spans enterprise AI solution design, automation strategy, customer transformation programs, and scalable AI implementation for global enterprises.
