Bengaluru, Happiest Health has appointed Ravi Joshi as President and Chief Executive Officer of its newly launched Digital Healthcare business, marking the establishment of the company’s fifth business unit.
Joshi previously served as co-CEO of Happiest Health’s Knowledge business. In his new role, he will lead the company’s expansion into technology-enabled healthcare services and oversee the development of digital platforms intended to improve access, patient engagement and personalised care.
The first service being introduced under the new business will be virtual doctor appointments, enabling patients to consult healthcare professionals remotely. The company is also developing an artificial intelligence-powered healthcare platform designed to support continuous patient engagement and personalised health services.
Happiest Health said products including Cardio Expert, Paediatric Expert and the Lifestyle Intelligence Platform are currently in advanced stages of development. The company plans to introduce additional digital healthcare offerings during the year as it builds the new business vertical.
