HCLTech Partners Carahsoft to Drive AI-Led Digital Transformation in US Public Sector

HCLTech has announced a strategic partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp to expand the adoption of AI-driven digital transformation solutions across public sector agencies in the United States. As part of the agreement, Carahsoft will act as HCLTech’s public sector distributor, making the company’s platforms and services available to federal, state, local, and education agencies through Carahsoft’s extensive reseller ecosystem and established government procurement vehicles.

The collaboration is aimed at simplifying access to HCLTech’s portfolio, which includes AI-driven platforms, cloud-native application modernisation, cybersecurity services, and constituent-focused digital solutions. By leveraging Carahsoft’s reach and deep expertise in public sector procurement, HCLTech intends to support agencies in modernising legacy systems, improving service delivery, and strengthening security at scale.

Highlighting the intent of the partnership, Michael Shrader, vice president of intelligence and innovative solutions at Carahsoft, said, “Our goal through this partnership is to make HCLTech’s AI Force accessible to the public sector and to ensure deployment at the speed and scale agencies require to enhance constituent services, strengthen cybersecurity posture and improve operational efficiency.” Arjun Sethi, chief growth officer and president of HCLTech Public Sector Solutions, underscored the urgency of digital adoption, stating, “Public sector organisations face ever increasing demands, such as enhancing constituent services, accelerating mission delivery, securing sensitive data and leveraging emerging technologies, including GenAI.”

The announcement comes as government agencies worldwide look to modernise IT infrastructure while balancing regulatory compliance, data protection, and budget constraints. Through this partnership, HCLTech and Carahsoft aim to enable faster deployment of advanced AI and automation capabilities that can improve citizen engagement and operational resilience.

In parallel, HCLTech has also strengthened its global presence through a separate engagement with Team Global Express, the largest multimodal logistics organisation in Australia and New Zealand. The partnership focuses on consolidating a complex, multi-vendor IT environment into a single strategic engagement, with HCLTech’s AI Force playing a central role in driving automation, compliance, and improved customer experience.

Commenting on the engagement, Danny Gravell, chief innovation officer at Team Global Express, said, “HCLTech’s deep domain expertise, innovative approach and commitment to operational excellence will play a vital role in modernising our IT landscape.” Sonia Eland, executive vice president and country manager for Australia and New Zealand at HCLTech, added, “Our comprehensive suite of solutions, powered by advanced AI and automation, will enable Team Global Express to accelerate transformation, enhance customer experience and drive long term value creation.”

Together, these developments highlight HCLTech’s strategy of combining AI-led platforms with strategic partnerships to deliver large-scale digital transformation across both public sector and enterprise markets globally.
