Tasked with leading initiatives that impact over 5,000 employees, Hemant is driving key transformation projects such as the establishment of HR Shared Service Centers and strategic leadership hiring across international markets.
With a strong focus on building future-ready talent ecosystems, Hemant brings extensive experience in HR innovation and organizational change. Prior to joining Infogain, he was the GCC Leader – Talent Acquisition & People Advisory at EY, where he led the successful recruitment of over 1,500 professionals across Technology, EPC, and Utilities domains for a Fortune 10 oil and gas major.
Earlier in his career, he served as Program Leader – People Tech Transformation & Analytics at Third Bridge Group Limited, where he played a pivotal role in setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs), adopting advanced HR technologies, and building leadership development frameworks tailored to high-growth environments.
Hemant’s professional journey spans several reputed organizations, including Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, Kantar, Guidepoint, and AB InBev, where he led diverse people transformation initiatives with a global impact. His expertise lies in linking HR strategy with business outcomes, especially in fast-paced and digitally evolving sectors.
He has also contributed to academia as a visiting faculty at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, conducting sessions on People Analytics and Strategic HRM, reflecting his commitment to thought leadership in the HR domain.
Earlier roles at Accenture India, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, and Reliance Industries Limited saw Hemant managing areas such as performance management, rewards, and large-scale HR transformation programs—often in collaboration with global consulting giants like Booz & Co. and SAP AG.
