Before joining Hirect, Mr. Nair served as Chief Executive Officer at IIMS Limited (CK Birla Group), where he led key initiatives that enhanced business scalability, streamlined processes, and fostered organizational excellence. His tenure at IIMS was marked by the successful execution of operational reforms and a strong emphasis on performance-driven culture.
Prior to that, he spent several years with Cummins India, where he held pivotal leadership roles including Vice President – Power Generation Business and Director – Industrial Business. At Cummins, he oversaw critical verticals such as rail, marine, mining, oil & gas, and defense, contributing significantly to the company’s market expansion and profitability.
An alumnus of SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mr. Nair is widely recognized for his multi-domain expertise spanning strategic planning, business development, program management, sales, and operations.
