With over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, insurance, and technology, Siri brings deep expertise in enterprise healthcare benefits, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
Before her elevation, Siri served as Head of Enterprise Business at MFine, where she played a key role in advancing corporate healthcare partnerships and enhancing customer success initiatives. Under her leadership, MFine expanded its enterprise solutions portfolio and deepened its engagement with leading organizations across sectors.
Throughout her career, Siri has held leadership roles at MediBuddy, Medi Assist, Infosys BPM, AXA, and GE Capital, where she built strong expertise in sales leadership, healthcare operations, and digital transformation. Her tenure at Firstsource, MediBuddy, and Medi Assist saw her managing large-scale healthcare portfolios for major enterprises such as Carelon, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, SAP, and Intel, among others.
In addition to her corporate journey, Siri also pursued entrepreneurship through a successful café venture in Bengaluru, reflecting her diverse experience and leadership versatility.
