Before joining Hitachi Energy, Ajithkumar held a prominent role at Lucy Electric in Mumbai, serving as both an executive director and a board member. With a rich experience spanning over two decades, he’s known for his leadership in critical business roles, laying the groundwork for manufacturing units, and overseeing production strategies. Moreover, his prowess in sales, marketing, business expansion, and managing profits and losses is noteworthy. Ajithkumar is an engineering graduate.
In another significant move, Hitachi Energy has chosen Neha Ahluwalia to head their human resources department. Prior to this, Neha was associated with ABB for over a decade, undertaking various HR-related roles from being an HR business ally to holding global leadership positions. Bringing over 17 years of HR expertise to the table, she is adept in areas like talent nurturing, fostering organizational ethos, promoting diversity and inclusiveness, and strategic staff planning. Neha is backed by a bachelor’s in science and a master’s degree in human resources.
