In this capacity, he will continue to oversee major brands such as Navratna, Navratna Talc, DermiCool, and Creme-21. With more than 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning FMCG, consumer-tech, and B2B2C segments, Kaushik brings a strong combination of strategic thinking and commercial leadership to the role.

He founded Holy Gow Business Solutions and co-founded Zenuine Retail Solutions Private Limited, both ventures focusing on innovative retail and business solutions. In addition, he worked independently as a consultant under the label Self Employed-employed, offering advisory services that leveraged artificial intelligence for marketing and business expansion. “He also operated as an Independent Consultant during at Self Employed-employed, helping businesses enhance marketing outcomes through AI-driven workflows and market expansion strategies.”
