Enterprise AI infrastructure startup Kluisz.ai has secured $9.6 million in seed funding, led by RTP Global, in what is among the largest early-stage raises for an AI-focused deeptech company in India this year.
The round also drew participation from Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and a host of strategic angel investors, including Ritesh Agarwal (Oyo), Ritesh Malik (Innov8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group).
Founded in 2025 by Abhinav Sinha (former COO and CPO of Oyo), Vamshidhar Reddy (ex-McKinsey partner), and Abhijeet Singh (former cloud executive at Jio), Kluisz.ai is building a developer-first, AI-native private cloud platform designed for enterprise-grade workloads. The platform enables orchestration of AI tasks across hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign cloud environments, with inbuilt security, observability, and automation.
Kluisz.ai allows developers to define performance, compliance, or cost objectives, while the platform automatically manages deployment and execution across infrastructure layers.
Focus on Deeptech, BFSI, and Edge-Heavy Sectors
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh funds to scale its core engineering team, accelerate product development, and onboard early design partners. It is initially targeting highly regulated sectors such as BFSI, manufacturing, and other edge-heavy industries.
Commenting on the investment, Madhur Makkar, Partner at RTP Global, said:
“Kluisz.ai is taking on a highly complex, globally relevant problem with a team that has done this at scale before.”
Currently employing fewer than 20 people, Kluisz.ai plans to rapidly expand its team over the next 12 to 18 months, positioning itself to tackle the growing demand for scalable, secure, and intelligent AI infrastructure platforms tailored for enterprise environments.
