Konnect Insights Launches Konnect Research Cloud: Introducing the Front Office Operating System

Konnect Insights today announced the launch of Konnect Research Cloud (KRC), an AI-powered intelligence layer that sits above an enterprise’s entire customer-facing technology stack and enables business leaders to ask any question about their customers in plain language and receive a board-ready answer in seconds.

The launch marks the first realisation of Konnect Insights’ vision for the Front Office Operating System: a single intelligence layer that makes every enterprise application beneath it smarter, without replacing any of them.

The problem KRC was built to solve

Over the last decade, enterprises have made individually rational technology decisions that created a collectively irrational outcome. The best contact centre platform. The best CRM. The best marketing automation tool. The best helpdesk. Each application is excellent at its function. None of them shares intelligence. The result is an enterprise that knows a great deal about its customers across five separate systems and very little about them in any unified sense.

Adding AI to each application has not fixed this. It has produced smarter silos. A CEO asking what is driving customer complaints this month still has to consult four dashboards, read three reports, and schedule a meeting to assemble an answer that the data could have provided in seconds.

KRC closes that gap. It connects above the existing stack, pulls from every relevant system simultaneously, and delivers synthesised, evidence-backed answers to the questions that actually drive strategy.

The Front Office Operating System

KRC is the first layer of what Konnect Insights is building toward: the Front Office Operating System. The model is familiar from a different context. A smartphone operating system did not build Maps, Spotify, or Uber. It built the intelligence layer that made all of them more powerful and more connected. KRC applies the same model to enterprise customer intelligence. It does not replace Genesys, Salesforce, or HubSpot. It becomes the intelligence layer that makes all of them collectively smarter.

Business leaders can ask KRC questions that no single application in their stack could answer alone. What is the biggest reputational risk our brand faces right now? Which customer segment is showing early churn signals this month? What are customers telling us about a category we have not yet entered? What should our communications team know before this announcement goes live? The answers arrive in seconds, synthesised from every connected system, in plain language a leadership team can act on immediately.

Founder’s perspective

“Enterprises have spent a decade buying the best platform for every job. The result is a stack that is excellent at every function and blind across all of them. No single leader can ask a unified question and get a unified answer. KRC changes that. It is not another application. It is the intelligence layer that sits above every application an enterprise already runs and finally makes them collectively useful to the people making strategic decisions.”

Sameer Narkar, Founder and CEO, Konnect Insights

From CX management to CX intelligence

The launch of KRC marks a fundamental shift in how Konnect Insights defines its category. The platform has expanded from customer experience management to CX intelligence: the ability not just to manage customer interactions but to reason over them at scale and surface the strategic answers that leadership teams need to move faster than their competitors.

KRC is available immediately to enterprise customers globally. Konnect Insights operates cloud infrastructure across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, ensuring data residency compliance across every major market it serves.
