In these roles, she led large-scale talent transformation programs, leadership development initiatives, and global people integration strategies, contributing significantly to organizational agility and cross-market collaboration.
A certified professional in Growth and Transformation Mindset from SDA Bocconi, Madhurya brings deep expertise in HR consulting, executive coaching, and strategic talent management. Her experience spans designing high-impact leadership frameworks, developing learning ecosystems, and fostering growth-oriented cultures across diverse industries and geographies.
