
Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) has appointed Madhurya Hariharan as Director – People and Talent Leader, entrusting her with leading the company’s people and talent strategy for its India operations. As Lennox continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in innovative and energy-efficient climate control solutions, Madhurya will play a key role in shaping the organization’s leadership development, cultural evolution, and employee engagement initiatives to align with its long-term growth and innovation objectives.
In her new role, Madhurya will focus on building a future-ready workforce capable of driving Lennox’s digital transformation and technology advancement goals. She will oversee strategic HR programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, nurturing high-performing teams, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace that empowers employees to innovate.
Before joining Lennox India Technology Centre, Madhurya had a distinguished career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she held several senior HR leadership positions. Most notably, she served as Head of Talent Development for TCS North America and Head of HR for the TCS Microsoft Business Unit. In these roles, she led large-scale talent transformation programs, leadership development initiatives, and global people integration strategies, contributing significantly to organizational agility and cross-market collaboration.
A certified professional in Growth and Transformation Mindset from SDA Bocconi, Madhurya brings deep expertise in HR consulting, executive coaching, and strategic talent management. Her experience spans designing high-impact leadership frameworks, developing learning ecosystems, and fostering growth-oriented cultures across diverse industries and geographies.
