Madhu Menon has been appointed as the Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wipro, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and AI-driven recruitment solutions. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition and human resources, she is set to drive Wipro’s global hiring strategies, focusing on agility, efficiency, and alignment with long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining Wipro, Menon was the Director and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India, where she played a pivotal role in leadership hiring, employer branding, and inclusion initiatives. She was instrumental in shaping Deloitte’s hiring strategies, strengthening its employer value proposition, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Before her tenure at Deloitte, she led talent acquisition for Risk Consulting and Leadership Hiring at KPMG India, where she streamlined recruitment strategies and aligned hiring processes with business growth.
Her global HR expertise extends beyond consulting firms, as she also managed HR operations across multiple locations in the GCC region at UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC. In this role, she focused on talent acquisition, workforce engagement, and optimizing HR processes across international markets.
Menon’s career foundation was built at Ernst & Young (EY), where she managed strategic HR functions, including mobility, performance management, and manpower planning. Her experience across industries has equipped her with deep insights into talent dynamics, making her a seasoned leader in the HR space.
Academically, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, further strengthening her expertise in HR leadership. At Wipro, she will spearhead global talent acquisition initiatives, driving innovation in hiring frameworks, leveraging technology to enhance recruitment efficiency, and ensuring a seamless alignment between workforce strategies and Wipro’s evolving business goals.
