SpaceXAI has appointed Manish Jain as Regional Vice President – India GTM and a founding team member, as the AI company begins building and expanding its presence in the Indian market. Jain will lead the company’s go-to-market efforts in India, with a focus on developing customer relationships, building strategic partnerships and establishing SpaceXAI’s broader commercial ecosystem in the country.
Jain announced his new role on LinkedIn, stating that he has joined SpaceXAI as a founding team member and Regional Vice President for India GTM. His mandate comes at a time when India is emerging as an important market for enterprise AI, software development and technology innovation.
In his new position, Jain will work on shaping SpaceXAI’s India go-to-market strategy, engaging with enterprises and technology partners, and building the company’s commercial presence across the country. He will work alongside Midhun Chandra Babu on the India GTM initiative and collaborate with the wider APJ team as SpaceXAI develops its regional operations.
Jain’s appointment reflects SpaceXAI’s focus on India not only as a market for AI adoption but also as a major technology and software development hub. In his announcement, Jain highlighted India’s large software talent pool and argued that the country has the potential to move beyond adopting AI towards exporting AI-driven products and capabilities.
He said the opportunity will depend on providing developers and businesses with AI technology designed for scale and simplicity. Jain described SpaceXAI’s focus as building tools that can help people and organisations think, build and ship faster, with the broader objective of enabling Indian technology teams to contribute to the global AI ecosystem.
The appointment also brings significant enterprise technology and go-to-market experience to SpaceXAI. Before joining the company, Jain was associated with Wiz, where he served as Regional Sales Director for India North and West and was part of the company’s founding India team. During his tenure, he was involved in building Wiz’s India business and developing its partner ecosystem.
Prior to Wiz, Jain spent more than 11 years at Palo Alto Networks, holding multiple sales leadership positions across enterprise, digital-native, mid-market and SMB segments. His responsibilities also covered sectors including BFSI, public sector and service providers, with his regional experience extending across North and East India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh.
His background across enterprise sales, cybersecurity, channel development, customer engagement and regional go-to-market strategy gives him experience in building technology businesses and ecosystems from an early stage.
As a founding team member at SpaceXAI, Jain will also have a role in shaping the company’s approach to the Indian market as it establishes its local footprint. His responsibilities will span market development, customer engagement, ecosystem relationships and commercial expansion.
The appointment comes as enterprises in India increasingly move from experimenting with artificial intelligence towards deploying AI technologies at scale. For SpaceXAI, building a strong India GTM function will be important to connecting its AI capabilities with businesses, technology professionals and partners across the country’s growing AI ecosystem.
With Jain taking charge of the India GTM mandate, SpaceXAI is looking to establish a stronger foothold in one of the world’s most significant technology markets, while leveraging India’s software talent, enterprise technology ecosystem and growing appetite for AI-led innovation.
