Manish Kumar has been appointed as Head – Talent Acquisition at JSW Greentech Ltd, where he will spearhead the company’s comprehensive hiring strategy to build agile, future-ready teams. This strategic HR leadership role comes at a crucial time as JSW Greentech accelerates its presence in India’s electric commercial vehicle (EV) market. As the company focuses on innovation and sustainability in mobility, Manish will lead all aspects of workforce planning, recruitment transformation, and end-to-end talent acquisition to support its ambitious growth.
JSW Greentech, a new venture under the JSW Group launched in 2024, is committed to driving green mobility solutions across the country. In his new role, Manish is expected to be instrumental in building a robust and future-oriented talent pipeline that aligns with the company’s vision of sustainable transportation.
Before joining JSW Greentech, Manish held several impactful positions within the Adani Group. He served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Adani Power and later as Group HR Manager. In these roles, he was responsible for employer branding, campus hiring, and young talent strategy across key Adani business units, including Adani Solar, Adani Green Energy Ltd., and Adani Enterprises Limited.
With over a decade of experience in human resources across sectors like energy, infrastructure, and consulting, Manish brings with him a strong command of talent lifecycle management and strategic workforce development. His areas of expertise include talent pipeline creation, recruitment optimization, and aligning talent initiatives with business outcomes.
