Mansi Desai Mondkar Promoted to Director – Head Talent Strategy, Technology Consulting at KPMG India

Mumbai, India — KPMG India has promoted Mansi Desai Mondkar to Director – Head Talent Strategy, Technology Consulting, expanding her leadership responsibilities across talent management and workforce strategy for the firm’s technology consulting practice.

In her expanded role, Mondkar will lead the people and talent agenda for Technology Consulting. Her responsibilities will include strategic workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, organisational capability building, succession planning, employee engagement and people-transformation initiatives aligned with the practice’s business priorities.

She brings nearly two decades of experience across strategic human resources, talent strategy, workforce planning, business partnering, organisational development and HR transformation. Her experience includes working with business leaders to align workforce capabilities and people programmes with organisational growth requirements.

Prior to this promotion, Mondkar served as Lead Talent Strategist – Technology Consulting at KPMG India, where she worked with the practice’s leadership on talent strategy and workforce initiatives. Earlier, she was Lead Talent Strategist – Audit, supporting workforce planning, talent management and organisational capability programmes for the firm’s audit practice. She also previously held the position of Associate Director at KPMG India.

Before joining KPMG India, Mondkar spent more than 13 years at Capgemini, progressing through multiple human resources leadership roles. These included Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, North America Business Unit, Manager – HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner – Local Business & APAC, and a role within Central Resource Management. During her tenure, she built experience across HR business partnering, workforce deployment, talent management, operating-model development and organisational transformation.

She began her human resources career at JPMorgan Chase as an HR Executive, working across employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR service delivery, talent processes and workforce analytics.

The promotion strengthens the talent leadership supporting KPMG India’s Technology Consulting practice as the firm continues to develop capabilities across technology-enabled business transformation and advisory services.
