
HP Inc. has named Megha Manchanda as the new Head of Marketing, Strategic Growth for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. In her new role, Megha will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, accelerating regional growth, and enhancing HP’s brand visibility across South Asia.
With close to 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insights, Megha brings a strong track record of crafting impactful campaigns and leading cross-functional teams. Her appointment comes at a crucial time as HP continues to strengthen its market presence and build deeper connections with consumers in the region.
Prior to joining HP, Megha served for over five years at DBS Bank, where she rose to the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Marketing (Consumer Banking). There, she led the launch of India’s first DBS credit card and managed high-impact omnichannel campaigns that significantly contributed to customer acquisition and brand equity.
Before her stint in financial services, Megha spent over a decade at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide (now Wunderman Thompson). During this time, she played a pivotal role in shaping brand narratives for major clients such as Nestlé, GSK, PepsiCo, and Dabur. Her deep understanding of consumer behavior and integrated marketing strategies helped brands connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.
Megha has also held strategic planning roles at top advertising networks, including Publicis Groupe, DDB Mudra Group, and Havas Creative Network, further strengthening her expertise in brand positioning, market research, and creative direction.
Her appointment reflects HP’s focus on aligning marketing strategies with evolving consumer expectations and accelerating digital transformation in emerging markets. Megha’s diverse experience across sectors and her ability to lead data-driven, insight-led campaigns are expected to play a key role in expanding HP’s growth and innovation agenda in South Asia.
With this new leadership addition, HP aims to reinforce its commitment to customer-centric marketing and unlock new growth opportunities in the region’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
