
HealthTech consulting company Mindbowser Inc. has elevated Manisha Khadge to the position of Chief Operating Officer, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the company scales its AI-powered healthcare engineering and digital health business globally.
Mindbowser confirmed the promotion through an official announcement, highlighting Khadge’s strategic vision, leadership and contribution to the company’s growth. In her new role, she will lead the company’s commercial organisation, bringing together functions including sales, marketing, customer success, strategic partnerships and account growth.
Khadge will focus on strengthening customer relationships, improving coordination between commercial and delivery teams, and supporting Mindbowser’s expansion across healthcare providers, hospitals, life sciences organisations and digital health companies. Her responsibilities will also include advancing the company’s go-to-market strategy for its healthcare engineering services and technology platforms.
The appointment comes as Mindbowser expands its capabilities across artificial intelligence, healthcare interoperability, clinical workflow automation and compliant digital health product development.
Before her elevation, Khadge served as Chief Marketing Officer at Mindbowser. She joined the company in 2023 and led its brand positioning, demand-generation programmes, content strategy and healthcare-focused go-to-market initiatives. She also contributed to strategic partnerships and the market positioning of ConnectHealth, Mindbowser’s healthcare interoperability and workflow-orchestration platform.
ConnectHealth is designed to help healthcare organisations connect electronic health record systems, automate operational workflows and deploy integrations using standards including FHIR and HL7. The platform supports integrations with major EHR systems and is built to provide secure and scalable healthcare data interoperability.
Khadge brings nearly two decades of experience across healthcare technology, enterprise software, financial technology, brand strategy, product marketing and revenue growth. Before joining Mindbowser, she served as Vice President – Global Marketing at identity-verification company Signzy. Her earlier experience includes marketing leadership roles at Icertis, Synechron and Tavisca, along with work as a fractional chief marketing officer.
She has also been involved in industry conversations around healthcare innovation, diversity and leadership through podcasts and community initiatives.
