Natasha K has joined NCR Voyix as the Executive Director of Human Resources for India. Bringing over a decade of experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, and change management, Natasha will be instrumental in aligning NCR Voyix’s HR functions with its strategic goals while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. Her career has featured impactful roles at AstraZeneca India, where she served as Senior HR Business Partner, promoting a people-centric workplace and implementing critical HR strategies, as well as key positions at Fiserv and athenahealth, where she excelled in talent management, employee engagement, and total rewards.
In her role at NCR Voyix, Natasha will drive HR initiatives that support the company’s expansion in digital commerce. Her expertise in fostering organizational change and supporting employee well-being will be central to NCR Voyix’s mission of building an inclusive, dynamic work environment.
