Neeraj Arora has been promoted to Field Chief Technology Officer – India Conglomerates at Dell Technologies, following nearly five years as Sales Director & Chief Transformation Officer at Dell India. In his previous role, he led transformative IT and digital initiatives across multi-cloud management, data center modernization, AI, cybersecurity, edge/IoT, and digital workplace solutions, driving enterprise innovation for some of India’s largest conglomerates.
Before joining Dell, Neeraj was a Partner at Deloitte, where he co-founded several practices in cloud, AdTech, MarTech, and IT/OT infrastructure transformation. He leveraged platforms from industry leaders such as AWS, Google, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet to design and implement cutting-edge enterprise strategies. His prior leadership roles also include stints at EY, Cisco Consulting Services (APJ), and McKinsey & Company, where he contributed to shaping enterprise transformation roadmaps for diverse sectors.
Neeraj’s career began at ABB as an engineer, after which he expanded into strategic and advisory roles with the Internet and Mobile Association of India, B-Nest Incubation Center, and Mumbai FinTech Hub, gaining experience in both technology and entrepreneurship. His multidisciplinary expertise has enabled him to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution, driving scalable digital transformations for organizations across industries.
Recognized by The Economic Times as one of India’s “hottest business leaders under 40”, Neeraj has also delivered keynotes at major forums, including the Zee Business Building New India Summit, CII Convergence Smart City Summit, and Mumbai FinTech Festival, where he shared insights on digital innovation, enterprise modernization, and emerging technology trends.
With his appointment as Field CTO, Neeraj Arora is expected to further strengthen Dell Technologies’ engagement with India’s top conglomerates, guiding them through complex digital transformation journeys while leveraging Dell’s full spectrum of IT infrastructure, cloud, and AI capabilities. His leadership reflects a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and practical experience, positioning him to drive enterprise-scale innovation and operational excellence across India’s rapidly evolving corporate landscape.
