With more than 22 years of global, cross-sector experience spanning occupiers, developers, government, and investors within the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, Dr. Rajendren brings a wealth of expertise and a proven record of delivering high-impact results. His appointment reflects Newmark’s commitment to strengthening its leadership presence in APAC and expanding its integrated real estate services with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.
A senior business leader and certified Independent Director (IICA & IIMB), Dr. Rajendren is an alumnus of INSEAD and IIM Bangalore and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK). Throughout his distinguished career, he has played pivotal roles in managing large-scale real estate portfolios, executing transformation programs, and advancing digital and sustainability initiatives within the property and facilities management domain.
