NIIT Ltd appointed Pankaj Prabhakar Jathar as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from July 1, 2024, as per a regulatory submission by the company. Pankaj is set to succeed Sapnesh Lalla, who will continue his involvement with the company as the CEO of NIIT Learning Systems and serve as a non-executive director for NIIT Limited.
