NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, has named Alok Bajpai as Managing Director for its Global Data Centers division in India. In this expanded leadership role, Bajpai will spearhead the company’s growth initiatives in one of its most dynamic and rapidly evolving markets.
His appointment comes as NTT DATA continues to expand its footprint in India’s fast-growing digital infrastructure space, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the region’s digital transformation and technological advancement.
Bajpai previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NTT Global Data Centers India, where he played a key role in implementing strategic initiatives and strengthening the financial foundation for future scalability. As Managing Director, he will now be responsible for overseeing operations and driving the company’s expansion efforts throughout the region.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, Bajpai brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operational restructuring. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at prominent companies including AdaniConneX, CSS Corp, Intelligroup, and Infosys.
Bajpai is a Chartered Accountant in India, a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, and holds a graduate degree in management from the Alliance Manchester Business School.
