India — Nurix AI, the enterprise AI startup founded by Mukesh Bansal, has acquired conversational AI company Verloop.io for an undisclosed amount, strengthening its enterprise AI capabilities by combining voice and chat-based AI agents into a unified customer engagement platform.
The acquisition expands Nurix AI’s enterprise offering by integrating Verloop’s conversational AI platform with its flagship NuPlay voice AI solution. The combined platform will enable enterprises to automate customer interactions across both voice and chat channels while supporting AI-driven customer service, sales, and business workflow automation.
Following the acquisition, the integrated platform is expected to automate more than 20 million customer interactions every month, leveraging Verloop’s enterprise customer base, conversational AI technology, and leadership team alongside Nurix AI’s voice AI capabilities.
