Based in Vadodara, Gujarat, Om Prakash will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, scaling operations, and aligning business processes with the Group’s long-term vision. His mandate also includes strengthening sales coordination and enhancing organizational performance to support the Group’s ambitious growth plans in infrastructure and renewable energy.
Om Prakash brings with him nearly two decades of leadership experience across the steel, pipes, tubes, galvanizing, and infrastructure industries, making him well positioned to accelerate KP Group’s operational and strategic agenda. Known for his techno-commercial acumen, lean manufacturing expertise, and ability to lead multi-site operations, he has consistently delivered cost optimization, process improvement, and business expansion across his career.
Before joining KP Group, Om Prakash held senior leadership roles at Utkarsh India Limited, Venus Pipes and Tubes Limited, SUNCITY SHEETS PRIVATE LIMITED, APL Apollo Tubes Ltd., Tower Aluminium PLC Nigeria, Manaksia Limited, ANDRITZ Technologies – India, Electrotherm (India) Limited, and Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. At Utkarsh India, he successfully managed multi-site operations spanning polymer pipes, transmission towers, galvanized structures, crash barriers, PEB & solar structures, and six galvanizing plants, while streamlining operations and driving cost efficiencies.
His extensive industry exposure and ability to integrate business development, operational management, and strategic execution will be key assets as KP Group continues to strengthen its position as a leading player in infrastructure and renewable energy.
