Passprt Trips, a travel tech startup revolutionizing the holiday planning experience, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Aroa Venture Partners. The fresh infusion of capital will be utilized to accelerate product development, scale the company’s traveler community, and expand operations to 20 destinations across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions within the next three months.
Founded in 2023 by Ujjwal Garg and Manoj Rai, Passprt Trips is reimagining leisure travel through a personal travel advisor platform that helps users discover, plan, and book holidays with real-time assistance—offering a seamless, end-to-end travel experience tailored to each user’s preferences.
At the heart of the platform is a vertical AI stack purpose-built for travel. It leverages community-contributed data, proprietary travel insights, and a deeply integrated supply ecosystem to deliver hyper-personalized, flexible, and intelligent itineraries. From inspiration to bookings and on-trip support, Passprt Trips aims to consolidate the fragmented user journey into a unified interface.

Aroa Venture Partners, the lead investor in this round, brings a strong track record in backing high-growth consumer and technology ventures. Its portfolio includes industry disruptors such as Unacademy, Urban Company, CRED, Pine Labs, Magicpin, MPL, and Cars24.
In February 2024, Aroa launched a new fund with a target corpus of INR 400 crore (approx. $50 million) to support early-stage innovation across India’s startup ecosystem.
