
Rajeev Ranjan has taken on a new role as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Espire Infolabs, where he will lead the company’s global talent strategy, helping attract, engage, and retain top talent across regions. With more than 15 years of diverse experience in talent acquisition, HR processes, and project management, Rajeev brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His career has spanned end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, HR ERP implementation, process improvement, and team leadership. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to direct cross-functional teams with a motivational leadership style that encourages high performance and outstanding results.
Rajeev has also built deep expertise in leadership hiring for global markets, employing innovative sourcing methods such as social media outreach, headhunting, and company mapping. Beyond recruitment, he has successfully led projects to completion within strict timelines and cost frameworks, while formulating functional best practices aligned to organizational goals. His hands-on experience in employment branding and digital talent sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook further strengthens his ability to position Espire as an employer of choice.
Prior to joining Espire Infolabs, Rajeev spent over a decade with Evalueserve, where he held multiple leadership roles. He served most recently as Associate Director, after working as Senior Manager and Manager – Talent Acquisition in earlier years. Across his 10+ year journey with the company, he played a pivotal role in shaping global talent acquisition practices and building resilient, future-ready teams.
At Espire Infolabs, Rajeev will now channel his extensive background into scaling talent acquisition globally, with a strong focus on inclusivity, innovation, and aligning people strategy with the organization’s long-term mission. His appointment marks an important step in Espire’s commitment to strengthening its talent pool and sustaining growth worldwide.
