Fractal has elevated Rishi Seth to Head of its India Business Unit, expanding his leadership mandate as the enterprise AI company strengthens its focus on the Indian market. The appointment is part of Fractal’s launch of a dedicated India Business Unit aimed at helping large Indian enterprises scale AI-led business transformation.
Seth has built his career at Fractal through multiple leadership roles and most recently served as Senior Director – GTM, Products, Growth & Strategic Initiatives, with responsibilities spanning APAC, India and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). His experience covers business strategy, go-to-market, enterprise AI, client partnerships, solutions and strategic growth initiatives.
In his new role, Seth will lead Fractal’s dedicated India Business Unit, which operates under the company’s APAC practice. He will report to Sandeep Dutta, Chief Practice Officer & Head – APAC, Fractal. The India unit has been created to deepen the company’s engagement with Indian enterprises and help organisations move from AI experimentation to scaled, outcome-focused deployments.
The creation of the dedicated India Business Unit comes as Indian enterprises increasingly look to move beyond AI pilots and deploy artificial intelligence across business functions at scale. Fractal plans to leverage its enterprise AI platforms, products and domain expertise to support organisations in their transformation journeys.
Seth brings experience across business strategy, go-to-market leadership, enterprise technology, AI, client partnerships and strategic initiatives. His career at Fractal has involved working across markets and business functions, giving him exposure to both the technology and commercial aspects of enterprise AI adoption.
Prior to his latest elevation, Seth was associated with Fractal in senior GTM and strategic roles, where he worked on products, growth and strategic initiatives across APAC, India and GCCs. His responsibilities included developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and supporting the adoption of AI-led solutions.
As Head of the India Business Unit, Seth will focus on strengthening Fractal’s presence among Indian enterprises, expanding business relationships and helping organisations unlock measurable value from AI. The role also places him at the centre of Fractal’s efforts to build a stronger enterprise AI ecosystem in India.
Fractal said the India Business Unit will build on the company’s nearly two decades of AI experience in the country and its work with leading enterprises and GCCs. The company is positioning the new unit to address growing demand for scalable AI solutions and accelerate business transformation across the Indian market.
Seth’s elevation marks another step in his leadership journey at Fractal and gives him a broader mandate to drive the company’s India business at a time when enterprise adoption of AI is moving increasingly from experimentation toward large-scale implementation.
