
Rohit Sandal has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at VerSe Innovation, bringing over two decades of experience in HR leadership across global technology and consulting firms. In his new role, Rohit will lead the company’s people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation as VerSe Innovation continues to expand its digital content ecosystem.
Rohit’s career includes senior leadership roles at leading organizations such as Freshworks, Lenovo, Dell Technologies, Mercer, and Agilent Technologies. At Freshworks, he served as Vice President – Human Resources, spearheading global HR strategies and driving cultural transformation during a period of rapid growth. His work focused on aligning talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development with organizational goals, contributing to a high-performance workplace culture.
Prior to Freshworks, Rohit was Director & CHRO at Lenovo India, where he oversaw people operations and HR programs for the AP COO Organization. He also held multiple senior HR positions at Dell Technologies, managing compensation, benefits, and talent management initiatives across diverse teams and geographies. His earlier experience at Mercer and Agilent Technologies provided him with a strong foundation in compensation and benefits advisory, workforce planning, and HR consulting.
