Bhushan has held several senior leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at CWC Chemicals, where he guided business operations and growth. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Development – Metros at Larsen & Toubro, playing an instrumental role in advancing metro rail infrastructure projects across the country. These experiences reflect his ability to lead complex projects while aligning them with organizational growth objectives.
Earlier in his career, Bhushan demonstrated entrepreneurial vision as the Business Owner of Nine Dimension Services, a venture that helped sharpen his execution capabilities and strategic decision-making. He has also contributed to the growth of several renowned organizations through leadership roles in business development, including Assistant Vice President at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., General Manager at Unity Infraprojects Ltd., and Manager at Backbone Projects Ltd. Each of these roles added to his depth of expertise in infrastructure and engineering-driven business development.
