Sahil Gupta has been promoted to Executive Director – Program Management at Synopsys Inc., marking a key leadership advancement within the organization. Based in Bengaluru, his elevation reflects the company’s growing focus on scaling artificial intelligence initiatives and strengthening program execution across global operations.
In his new role, Gupta will lead strategic initiatives spanning agentic AI, enterprise AI governance, and ecosystem partnerships. Prior to this role, Gupta served as Senior Director at Synopsys, where he contributed significantly to advancing AI-led initiatives and building scalable frameworks. His work has been instrumental in driving the commercialization of generative AI solutions and enabling cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Before joining Synopsys, he held leadership roles at Qualcomm, where he led global AI software program management across multiple business units. He also gained valuable experience at Renesas Electronics and Nokia, building a strong foundation in engineering and technology leadership.
With over a decade of experience in AI, program management, and engineering, Gupta brings deep expertise in building scalable AI systems and aligning teams across geographies.
